This route would be a combination of route option A and B.  This option would utilise the old railway line from Cosmeston Drive to St Mary's Well Bay Road.  It would then cross Lavernock Road and continue along the highway to Sully.

Benefits:

The route would offer a traffic free segregated path from Railway Walk to St Mary's Well Bay Road.  It would improve access to facilities along Lavernock Road and could be considered safe travelling along the highway with lighting.

Constraints:

Would require third party land acquisition and would have a high cost of construction.  Would require a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for a speed reduction.
